Third-Party Content: Player images, team logos, and league logos are sourced from API-Football and are property of their respective owners. These are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by the trademark owners.

All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

6. User Data and Privacy

All game data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of game data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or privacy of data stored in your browser

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability for damages is limited as follows:

• We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence
• For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages
• Liability for damages to life, body, and health remains unaffected
• The above limitations apply to our legal representatives and agents

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
